Dr. David N. Smith is a Neuro-Ophthalmologist specializing in hard to diagnose patients.  He received his Ph.D. in Neuro-Anatomy and his Medical Degree from the University of Rochester School of Medicine and Dentistry. 

After finishing his residency in Neurology at the University of Rochester, he completed his fellowship training in Ophthalmology at same institution and his Post Doctoral Fellowship at Harvard/Massachusetts Eye and Ear Infirmary.
